Three Arrested After Man Dies in Burntwood Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man in Burntwood this morning, Tuesday 5 May. Staffordshire Police were called to Hazel Grove just before 9am after reports of a fight between two men. Officers attended the scene alongside paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service. A man was found with serious injuries and, despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly after 10am. A dog was also found inside the property with suspected stab wounds. It has been taken to a veterinary practice for treatment. Police have established a cordon at the home while they investigate the circumstances surrounding the man’s death. Two men, aged 32 and 27, and a woman, aged 33, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
